In keeping with the Homan Square tradition, two new schools on the campus are providing tremendous educational opportunities for neighborhood students.

Holy Family Lutheran School opened in the Fall of 2008 in a brand new facility at the foot of the original Sears Tower.

In September of 2009, Henry Ford Academy: Power House High held its first classes in the newly restored Shaw Technology and Learning Center, formerly the Homan Square Power House.
